SPY reddy alludi post dated March 25th Politics : Update. Been campaigning for past 3 days. It's never about last 2/3 weeks. It's about the general impression voters have about you based on your previous work, to what extent voters identify with the party you are representing and resources of which money is the biggest. It's never a fair contest. That way, there is a never a fair war. There is no yardstick to measure anybody's worth or lack of it. Only some exceptional acts (good / bad) stick in the memory of populace. IMO , we have relegated the one prominent party to 3rd place. And the contest is between us and the remaining prominent party. And now to temptation and fear. We had invitation from YCP(please note, passionate FANs) , TDP ( to stay back and be compensated for the same ) ...and a request from our near and dear to stay independent. We took a pragmatic route( according to us) after enough ground work to decide either way. We decided not to sit at home, not to be scared by resourceful competition, or a wave which is supposed to be in their favour. And we were also not tempted by safety, (financial) security promised by .... All kinds of rumors, accusations were spread by some stupid/vested/ uninformed elements. There is a temptation to address every such false Stone hurled at us. But then, that effort will stop us from positive work. We can't be defending, attacking , explaining at the same time. Anyways to sum it up, onward, we march. And we are ready ....for.....anything and everything that comes our way. This world appearance is a confusion: even as the blueness of the sky is an optical illusion. I think it is better not to let the mind dwell on it, but to ignore it. | ||
