Jagan can sell Ap govt properties at cheaper rate to Kcr in return for funding. He can put a weak response to water sharing petition that telangana filed wrt polavaram. He can register Machilipatnam ports in Hyderabad and will allow telangana to collect taxes in hyd for port services in Andhra.
