Vishvak:




Four poblano peppers

Filling :
3 chicken breasts cut into strips
Tomato - 2 medium chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fajita seasoning - 1 tsp
Butter - I/2 stick

Topping-
Mexican grated cheese - 3/4 cup


Sauce
3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a pan - heat butter , add ginger garlic paste and then the rest of the filling ingredients. Cook covered till the chicken is cooked through. Shred the chicken completely with a fork . Adjust salt and spice as needed..

Grease a baking tray .slit the poblano peppers, remove the seeds and stuff with the filling. Place in tray slit side up - top with cheese letting some go into the slit..

Bake at 350 deg for 30-40 mins till the peppers are done..

In a small pot heat the cream .. Stir the cornstarch into the milk and add to the cream As it to comes to a boil - as it thickens , add the cilantro, black pepper and salt to taste ..

When the peppers are done pour the sauce over the peppers and serve hot :-)

Vunkl.. My recommendation is cut in two halves.. Crispy gaa itadi

And water begins to drip as you said. What I do is on the aluminium pan, I wrap foil very very tightly 2-3 layers on the top portion of the pan and then puncture few holes. I put chicken on top of the foil.. There should be gap between foil and bottom of the pan.. Any water released during baking will drip down into the pan automatically and the chicken will not get moist.. Crispy gaa aitadi.. You can do a second coat of oil and chili powder once water is all oozed out if you want.. Enjoy maadi.

Whole chicken pattukocheyi... Mix the following

Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Red chili powder
konchem garam masala powder
konchem yogurt

The above mix should be in enough quantity to apply all over the whole chicken and fill in side its stomach

Ginger garlic mari ekkuv aipoddi ante add onion paste

Ee whole mottam kodi ni pan lo petti oven lo pettu covering with aluminium foil for 45 min - 1 hr at 450 degrees

kodi baaga cook ayyeka remove the foil and keep for 15 more minutes to take the water away...

So far tried this receive with chicken thighs or drumsticks... Whole kodi ee weekend try cheddam ani plan...
