Ballasticmissile:chicken is about 60-70 % cooked... now take the instapot and pour oil, sauter onions, masalas, turmeric etc (use salt ...i use maggie cubes in place of salt) including vegitables( yogurt if you wish too).....fry for 5-10 min....pour some water and simmer it.... in this simmering liquid add the chicken fried....add tomato too .... and cook this in instapot for 9-12 min in manual pressure mode....

Ballasticmissile:n revove skin.... in the fryer with a little old oil and which you're about to throw away put this chicken and fry for 5-8 minutes...then take this away....
chicken pieces I mean, not whole chicken.... Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. |

Ninna chesina recipe Coconut, red chilli ginger garlic , other spices paste it First fry the onions lots of, put the chicken add the above prepared paste Finally all stuff together you can roast it or add water as a gravy , add biryani aaku also

And ginger garlic paste is freshly ground. Not from a jar. Recipe eti untadi. Oil lo spices fry chesi, onion green chili ginger garlic paste veyinchi. Chicken add. Cook under medium heat. Akkai.. Nothing beats a simple recipe. But more important is chicken. These days I am going to a Chinese market to buy brown chicken. Very similar to our natu kodi. Each bird is about $13-15. We have to cut it ourselves though as it comes frozen. Next best is Cornish hen.. This is small, but tastes good. More bony and less meat. Next option is organic. For all these I think it is better to leave skin on.. For brown chicken I char the skin on fire and wash with pasupu etc for the feel Enduko I think with these chicken, fry or very light gravy is best option. And I use only the following ingredients Cloves, Cinnamon, cumin, green chili, karvepak, red onion, ginger garlic paste.. Red chili powder from India. And stopped use of garam masala etc. Karappodi taste only is good enough.. Garam masala este it will try to overwhelm these simpler tastes and aromas.
