1. Millets ni nana bettandi
Oka 3-4 hr or more i do for 8 hr
Next after 8 hr aa nellu vompesi or u can use same but tatse konchem bitter untadi
Then in a vessel put that millets and add more water
Iand heat up for 20 mins menawhile add carrots, peas, karam uppu ....or make it as plain
After 20 min heat u can eat or
U can cool it for 12 hrs to get it ferment......
Then u can eat

was about to warn about that.. Caeffine has short term relief & long term side-effects like Headache..

i slowly started quitting it .. moved to tea and finally with Vali its water+green tea only..

fasting regular ga cheyalante.. it mite be better to monitor ur blood glucose levels so the transition is slow&gradual..

i also got a HOMEO doc opinion that all these fermented products are damaging, and the first sign you are over the limit - too many days veetini store,consume chesaka gas form avadam.. i dont have the habit of Idlis,Dosas etc..

Feeling Good and Better, lite trying to reduce the amount of caffeine dependency.

couple of days was difficult especially i am used to eating something in the night after dinner. now everything is cut.

I have started 15+ hrs intermittent fasting process

Finish Dinner between 5.30-6 pm (be it any Dampudu Biyyam, or Roti, or Idly made with pesarapappu and minappapu etc)

After that till next day morning 9.30 AM except water nothing . exception to lemon water in the morning at 7 AM

9.30 lite BF with nuts and coffee ,
12.30 Lunch ( again any thing that is made for family)

if required a fruit aroung 3.30 pm

Evening cycling before dinner.

its been 4 days. heard fat burning starts between 12-16 hrs in fasting

i am happy for you man.. i dont follow the diet religiously like you do..

that way, i am not strictly following it - i am eating more of quinoa, will slowly transition to more millets ( end goal ) cos i want to improve my protein intake..

as for me - i myself dont follow EXACT diet Vali describes..

i am like your neighboour.. i mix n match, i still drink Soda.. ila i pick & choose.. i goto gym regularly..

I am suggesting to not completely go with millet diet ... sugar levels tagganiki inka emanna reason undemo telidu kadaa ... and wife is thyroid patient, tagginchamante nannu tidutunnaru ... edi positive ga matladanani :D

forget about cult, I am not even a fan ... okka millets dosa tappa inka edi nachadu naku :D

one of my friends(neigbor) started eating millets a month ago . that's all he has done to his diet ... everything else is same ... he is diabetic and suddenly his blood sugar levels down to 70's, so he has to stop medicine on and off

mavayya ki recent ga stent padindi .. tanu kuda same ... diabetic medicine aapesadu completely (doctor chebtene) ... bhayankaramaina back pain kuda chala varaku taggindi ... ofocurse he has changed lot of things in his lifestyle(like walking, yoga etc) ... but major change in diet is millets

enta varaku correct teliyadu kani results are all promising ... replacing rice with millets 50% of the time won't do any harm anukuntunna

there is no polishing of rice centuries before .. and also there are no chemical and pesticides used , the life style china had might have suited them
with current generation life style , for some people rice may cause harm. Not all population may get impacted ,but it may not be good for 1 in 4 with genes not right for them and it may lead to obesity and other carb related diseases

What is wrong with trying millets ? If they don't work , every one will stop after few months/weeks
Most of the people who are health conscious stopped drinking coke or eating white rice or junk food or sugar

Until few years or months ago , no one has awareness of refined oil chemicals and Milk is not good, we change with the available information , people tired with quinoa , kuskus , and other ways before.

It is a ongoing process, we try to eliminate plastic , non-stick , but will be introduced with some thing harmful things, this is work in progress
