thanks for asking bro...my son is doing good...speech therapies baane pani chestunnai...he is speaking now...but needs to improve more....
he is very hyper....not sure how to control that:-)he can recognize alphabets...cannot write...this is our next tensions...
thank god ...malli seizures raaledu....but i have tension abt his future

salad bro or millets slow gaa start cheyyandi...
quit coffeee, mil, meat,eggs.
Kashaayams are the way to go...
i have been drinking kashaayams for the last 3 months..quit meat/eggs/milk/coffee/sugar...but due to holidays had some choclates/sweets very less...
i feel my immunity improved a lot...no cold, fever this cold season until now...
but i started rice again from december due to millets unavailability and vacationing...

cut down ur rice intake...(try to eat only one time )
walk atleast 1hr everyday....walk inside your offices etc.
chant OM for 10 minutes everyday..
Practice breathing exercises everyday
try to read positive articles daily....
set up small goals...like learning a new course, certification etc or playing a tournament etc
