Now some are talking about bill,rights,demands..thokka thoulu..This sense should have prevailed when you knew bifurcation was inevitable And special status is only because of Venkayya naidu..and no one thought and had sense to even make such demand till he raised in parliament During bifurcation the sane voices (who asked for APs rights,share or even Hyd as UT) were suppressed, intimidated and threatened If andhra leaders and people,made concrete demands and accepted for bifurcation only after fulling them ,the bifurcation would have been smooth process and would have been a win-win for both sides Our visionary leader did nothing but sat on the mat ,after bill is sent from Assembly.He should have said what he meant by 'Samanyayam' even before bill is drafted or when he was asked to submit his opinions no point now crying over spilt milk | ||

Yes,in every state lands are alloted by state Govt Central Govt allots finds in the budget every year towards central Institutes through out India and releases depending n needs and requirements of those institutes .Do you want all the funds to be given in one year? Already classes started and infrastructure will be created as they progress. Till today (after 10 years IIT Hyderabad infra is till a work in progress) Do you think center will risk the image and standard of IITs and IIMs ,just because Babu and Modi hate each other ?
