That's what I am saying..yes,they will not get rid of them now.. But men can still marry legally with out getting rid of them Triple talaq is not a big game changer.The divorces which would have been quicker will take more time ..but can not be stopped | ||

Can you tell me how will it benefit ? The law passed now,criminalizes triple talaq and punishes the husband, upto 3 years But do you know the fact muslim law in India allows to marry upto 4 wives With triple talag, husband as to may 4 times maintenance,then regular divorce. The new law will not effect the men,cos they can still marry with out Triple talaq and women have no choice, (Disclaimer:I am not against triple talaq) | ||
