2.0 (Hindi) has had excellent collections on Monday with collections set to come in at around 13.75 crore nett, the drop is just 25% from Friday. North India (Delhi city and Punjab) which has been been super strong from day one has dropped a little more than 25% but the slower starters Gujarat and West Bengal have dropped under 25%. The Gujarat figure could even come out close to Friday in the morning as likes of Rajkot, Surat and Jamnagar are rock steady. The five day figures of the film will be in the 109 crore nett region and these figures are without the South and ticket prices NOT being increased. It remains to be seen how the week plays as though the film sustaining supremely well there could be drop on one of the days till before the week is out as its an extended week with wide release and no holiday support. The week should finish in the 140-145 crore nett depending on the next few days. Then it will be about that second Friday which will tell how big of a HIT this film will become. The film has also held up very well in Nizam / Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka where it is the Tamil and Telugu versions that dominate. |
