yes, but I think fi number need to be active for 60 days or so.. So, keep the number active, but you can use the phone.. Read the terms once.. even keeping the number for 2 months is cheap.. it will be 20 USD per month.. you will pay 50 or so only for those 2 months and still get the GC (phone is free) veni.. vidi.. vici..
