cos of sanctions on Iran.But the sanction turned out to be soft .India,China and dozen other countries were allowed to continue importing oil from Iran Where as Saudi thought that all those countries will be buying oil from them after sanctions come into effect and stocked enough oil to meet the demand Now the are offloading and planning to cut production.But even in opec countries there is disagreement.Russia,Nigeria,US and non Opec countries production out put is at peak too | ||
