The current govt is cutting back on social program hence , the credit expansion will directly go to the top once again probably on the luxury items As Raghram Rajan rightly said , the problem is not with credit easing or FDI or some thing else..it's the lack of basic fundas in Indian economy Modi ki adi eppatiki ardam kadu Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! | ||

what Modi exactly wants? Liquidity injection in banking sector and relaxation in lending what are the central bank objections? They don't want to give away their reserves just like that , they want some sort of infusion of money by central govt into RBI as well why Modi wants to inject the money ? because the economy is facing severe cash crunch , also he might want to pump money for populist schemes during this election year why it won't work ? Even though PVNR, Vajpayee hailed as reformists , they actually have n't done any 'reforms' technically , they economic policies were conservative and thtat's one of the reasons behind NDA-1 losing in elections UPA-1 has aggressively has done the credit expansion and social program to sustain growth. the problem is inflation happened again , the credit expansion was not systematic during UPA - 1 ..it's not because of UPA-1 but because of the systemic issues that India had from day India lacks in fundamentals unlike CHina...there is regulatory structure that eases loans to SMSE, Lack of skilled man power, lack of huge consumer market (like the developed) , lack of basic manufacturing , infra ) Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! |
