Let’s say you are a soros Funded dem outreach group. You can identify some communities where voter participation is low. This is not secret but public information. So they identify cases and request absentee ballots . In majority dem ruled states, you don’t need Id. You have to give address and name. You can request absentee ballots for entire community The you wait for Election Day. By evening you will know who voted from The community. Just vote on the absentee ballot for remaining and hand over to county clerk. No body can did it. | ||

You are not understanding process. Let’s take an example. In your county, let’s assume 100k absentee ballots are requested. Remember you just need a name and address to request this in majority dem ruled states. Now all 100k won’t be returned. No body knows except county clerk how many were returned as some can come as late as Election Day and some can come week after Election Day. Let’s say you received 60k. Remember no body knows it is 60k. Next day county office says we found another bunch and add them to the list to make it 70k. No Matter what expensive lawyers you put in, you can never determine which 10k votes came late? How would it help. It all depends upon county election office. He can do fraud in multiple ways | ||

Only legible votes should be counted. In close contests, it is more important. If that is being changed, is it a good thing. If not, partisan groups can get absentee ballots on behalf of voters who typically don’t vote ( they can get this information) and add them to the mix later if needed. Is that correct? To aviod these, Don’t allow same day registrations Don’t allow provisional votes Get absentee ballots to come in 2 days before election, tabulate them. Even for military votes, get it before Election Day itself. This solves many fraud. Democracy is impacted not only when every legible vote is not counted but also when illegible votes are counted too | ||

He was a giving a stat saying that he never saw any republican winning in a recount. He was complaining that recounts are tilted in favor of Dems (almost all the time). Actually doesn't it prove EXACTLY opposite. Without recounts, Repulicans were stealing the elections casually ignoring so many ballots that go without counting. ACtually it is very hard to cheat when the recount happens as there will be lawyers involved and monitoring every action during the recount. Don't know how many elections Republicans stole (if the stats that he was talking)? Also, one of the reasons why Republicans had so many wins during Obama time is due to gerrymandering as they had more governors. | ||
