Awesomedber:es Annayya..it works . I am on Keto for the second time. Its proven scientifically as well. body fat reduced significantly last time. I haven't had any complications or issues. I lost weight in the past using other methods. (exercise + diet) and just diet etc.. But this one was very effective.

parkour antha scene ledu bro.. knees sahakarinchav.. calisthenic to some extent... my interest in keto is due to the claims(may be anecdotal but plausible) that keto diet is less inflammatory and gives clean energy in abundance. |

Yes Annayya..it works . I am on Keto for the second time. Its proven scientifically as well. body fat reduced significantly last time. I haven't had any complications or issues. I lost weight in the past using other methods. (exercise + diet) and just diet etc.. But this one was very effective. Now 2 weeks into Keto and losing at a good pace this time too. VRK is just modified Keto for Telugu people  |

Fundamentally this is how human body works. **** Below Numbers are not accurate, it is rough-estimate to just paint a picture ***** 1 gm of Glucose produces 10 calories of Energy. 1 gm of Fat produces 9 calories of Energy. 1 gm of Protein produces only 4 calories of Energy, and 5 cals of Body Heat. Everything we eat, is mostly rich in Carbohydrates and Glucose. An average adult male needs an average of 100 calories of Energy per hour for basic metabolism like breathing, digestion, oxidation, cellular level functions like cell-division etc. This amounts to approximately 2500 calories a day. Any excess Energy is converted to Visceral and Subcutaneous Fat and stored for future, by the Liver. Same goes with Fat intake. Keto is reversing this exact process. Glucose being the first form of energy supplier, if Glucose is significantly cut-down, then Liver can be trained to rely on converting Fat to Glucose. This is kick-started by replacing Carbs with Saturated Fats and Protein in the diet. Particularly Protein when Keto diet is combined with muscle building exercises. My goal is not losing weight. per me weight is not the actual problem. body fat may be problem.we do not need to lose weight as long as we have less body fat ..more so of visceral fat I would want to reduce the fat and gain muscle as anyone else  |
