exactly what i want to iterate... you can attribute demand-supply to MP as it being under developed state.

HP being a small state cannot be taken into consideration i believe.

Lenin:

Lack of demand due to titli cyclone which has devastated a district

Only food that too by msp and procurement , state govts show little impact
That is negligible

Inflation retail or wholesale is more affected by the nature of consumption and relaxant production of states

I'm just referring to the only two terms that are in the article... one is food the other is retail. RBI's policy, repo reverse, imports are also some other factors which decide CPI

AP being a agri driven economy and most of the income is unreported. still we are the fast growing in terms of per capita and HDI. we may infer that our rural workforce are being paid well/ social programs are being implemented well.

one or the other are working well

and less suicides in the farming community also adds to the theory.

MSP baga takkuva unna koooda ibbandi as still AP provides employment to half of its workforce through agriculture..so they will be underpaid and demand will be reduced

infact AP labour are overpaid and abundant in goods or clear moving away from conventional foods may be causing the inflation dip.

lack of aggregate demand is to what?
demand ledu antey factors enti?
https://www.livemint.com/Opinion/ZlwRDZBUfERJzVrc8t9ukO/What -is-behind-interstate-differences-in-inflation.html

Within food prices, it was mainly pulse and vegetable prices which led the rise in prices. While pulse prices rose in almost all states, what differentiated the low-inflation states from the high-inflation states was the inflation in non-pulse food items. In many of the non-pulse food items, the low-inflation states fared much better; that is, showed a slower price increase.

check the above article for consumer price inflation

Let me come up with a more clear explanation to not to confuse you guys

Retail inflation is nothing but CPI ...CPI will be measured by comparing the prices of goods (some 300 products are there in the basket as of now) on a monthly basis

State govts can control the inflation only by setting up MSPs for cereals and relative products , usually it will not intervene in other product sales

MSP ekkuva unte products price will go up and the production will grow up , this is one case of inflation

MSP baga takkuva unna koooda ibbandi as still AP provides employment to half of its workforce through agriculture..so they will be underpaid and demand will be reduced

one more thing is , over supply...compare the total crop output compared to previous year (as inflation is monthly subject, it's very hard to get monthly crop production ..no one can analyse in this angle )

coming to MSP to cereal and pulses , they both hold a combined weightage of 12%...so a state can influence in the inflation only 10% of the total goods that are available in the market

Inflation depends upon the economic shape of a particular state rather than a local govt influencing it

evaraina ma CM valla inflation control aindi ante , vadiki ABCD of economics telidu annatlu

A little bit of inflation is good for economic growth – around 2% to 3% a year. But, when prices begin to fall after an economic downturn, deflation may set in causing an even deeper and more severe crisis. As prices fall, production slows and inventories are liquidated. Demand drops and unemployment increases.

what has AP govt got to do with inflation any ways
