Less liquid should see a fall in prices of raw materials... the case of stagflation is far from Indian economy as the real inflation is still under control You can think about stagflation when the oil price is increased by 3 fold at least..Economy has sustained 140$ barrel price Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! | ||

More money in banks..... Banks must pay interest to the returned amount...... Less liquid in people’s hands.....small industries are effected..... Due to unavailability of labor-liquid cash inflation is on rise..... As Indian economy is intermingled with primary sector and small industries.... The paradigm where less liquid more inflation is a classical example of stagflation.... Now whole economy is chaotic....
