okay aa initial warmup ki treadmill elliptical use cheyyaku...just search in youtube for dynamic warmup..

and first do full body dynamic warmup ...for 5 minute..then start doing dynamic warmup for that particular muscles you are going to target..( for example dynamic warmup for legs..or back or chest)

Always reserve days for cardio and yoga in a week..do 5 days weight training ..

1) cardio is separate from weight lifting .. but you can combine them ..
like doing 50 kettle bell swings or 100 kettle bellsnatches etc..or tabata body weight exercises etc or hiit
2) warmup is compulsory now there are two kinds of warmup again... initial warmup need not be more than 5-10 minutes ...Do dynamic warmup not static ..Dynamic Warmup should be done before workout ..static warmup should be done after workout....

now there is another warmup which u need to do when u lift weight.For example you can do 80 kg bench press .then warmup for bench press would be like this
with rod(15 reps), 40kg(8 reps),60kg(3 reps) ,70kg(3 reps)(1set each then you need to proceed to 80kgs.

Same thing whether it is squat deadlift or what ever exercise..

3) Eat well eat less processed food..body exercise tips ante enti???

PS:not a body builder but just exercise pichchodini..

extra thinadam na valla kaadu plus don't want to take any protein powders etc.

Warm up is compulsory otherwise you may get muscle tear. You need to do Cardio to bury your calories. Weightlifting would not burn many calories.
