atna: Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, filed a petition in the civil court here on Friday, seeking a divorce from his wife Aishwarya Rai citing incompatibility issues. Tej Pratap, who had got married to Aishwarya just six months back in May this year, sought the divorce invoking Section 13 (1) (1A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Section 13 (1) (1A) of the Hindu Marriage Act deals with cruelty by a husband or wife against the other.
