So long you have copy of approved I-140 from Company A, Company B can continue filing for H1-B Extensions every 3 years. Possibility of H1 extension denial is also high in that case for B. Safer bet is to re-initiate GC process from LCA, Perm Labor, I-140 etc etc through Company B, and get I-140 through B ported / reclaim Priority Date of approved I-140 through A. "Chill Bro. Working for Company A for the past 5 yrs with Labor and I-140 approved Got an offer with Company B Company B agreed for H1B transfer and GC processing Does Company B has to start the GC processing all over again like Labour and I-140 again or just porting I-140 or amending I-140 is sufficient?
