Just had a quick glance of one doc. The templates needs to be bit more abstract than concrete. For example: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1N3MTyPcAheglE3ilVWun T0to-JNtdRIM This states a firm statement of the peer knowledge. It should say "as per my knowledge acquired during my work with him/her" Than " I know... " . Also reference to "Heard about H1 talking to someone.. " etc.. doesnt fly. | ||

Yes OR No. Yes: As you said, just to get spot in the queue for lottery, dumping applications. Such applications would be lost in this wind. No: There is nothing called TRANSFER or EXTENSION in the H1 process officially. Evey petition is the SAME (as a new petition). Only diff is that these cases would check a check box and attach relevant previous (approval) document copy just to consider under NON-CAP. Rest of screw up is the SAME. In fact, if you have an existing immi history, the screws go deep. :-) | ||
