I filed H1 extn on 08/24 and got approval on 10/19. This time I did not get the H4 approval along, law office said it is pending. Verment center processing times are: 12 Months to 15.5 Months - Extension of stay for H and L dependents - July 25, 2017. my H1 is valid only until 12/31/19. As per the processing times, I'll have to file for another extn by the time we get H4 decision.Always I got both H1 and h4 approval together. Have you guys been in similar situation on the past? |
