i mean to say if the cert doesnt have enough security features of its own, it makes sense not to laminate as u cant differentiate from orifinal and color copy laminated but most US official docs(like birth cert) have features which are still retained after lamination, so i dont see a reason it should not be done There's a cacophony in the truth, A melody in lies and it accompanies one on every journey, From the lows to the highs | ||

The educational certificate should not be laminated. period. Anyhow, USA university certificates are only for show off. No one would verify your document. Most of the time, they check with university. | ||

i think there is a misconception that you can't especially the old certificates are not smart enough to distinguish between original and color copy laminated..but new certifciates have enough features that makes them easily identifiable if they are fake or original and laminate doesnt seem to hurt..
