know a family member, who went to Mexico last week for stamping.. no issues and there does not seem to be issue with in general. However, I have been hearing that immi lawyers filing extensions and filings have been doing half-assed jobs. this was causing alot of time for the you eye cis for handling applications. this is one of the reasons, for the rejection gallore.. Please review your applications very closely and make sure the lawyers are doing "everything right" | ||

True, but i know cases who got the approval along with I-94, after rejection. again attorneys paper work meeda depends... when i was in this situation met few attorneys,each and every one is different, some says go back immediately, and some says you are good with I-94 if its not expire.. i didnt take a chance and went back...but edi chesina better to sort out as soon as possible before the illegal status days increase... | ||

By book its NOT TRUE. Regardless of I-94 validity, once the terms of visa (employee must be employed and paid by at least one H1B employer) were broken, the underlying visa (H1) gets nullified automatically, at that point, I94 is a paper tongue cleaner. (again this is per law, and Gootle gaadu using book to clean up. So, be careful with interpretations of the law.) | ||
