Dept of civil aviation is part of central govt and operate under civil aviation ministry. Pyangong profitable ani kattaledhu AAI, central govt asked it to build there. state is not giving money to build airport. AAI can happily fund and build vizag airport. | ||

AAI is under Dept Civil Aviation.AAI builds and operates Airports through out India.Last year it had Over Rs 3000 crores profits BTW the air traffic control and management at all Indian Airports (incl. Hyd,BOM,DLE,BGL) is by AAI | ||
