goal is to try and identify risks associated a strategy, company, product etc what they end up doing is analyze things after shixt happened and provide guidelines so that it doesnt repeat. its basically a football type role. nobody gives a rats arse as long as everything is going well and once shixt starts falling apart they blame you for not identifying the risk. my 2 cents . atleast thats what happened to some one i know who worked at gm back in 2008 | ||
