ivvala recruiter sent me this, they are not going to pursue H1B's...

TL:DR is we are not going to pursue H1B candidates so we have options I wanted to talk through

1. Keep looking for FTE knowing the search will take longer and alter our sourcing strategies. People willing to work on receipt notice may ease this slightly
2. Put the headcount with outsourcing companies
3. Re-level the role so we go junior and hire OPT or go senior and try catch greencard holders instead
there are some other options but they are trickier to manage internally
e.g. hiring in Europe and transferring on L1
