10 Kms North of this area is called Markham(the one given in the link is near Toronto •••). Markham lo , last 5 years - there is almost 60-70% appreciation. From now - it will not appreciate much.... There is a tax on foreign buyers and this has resulted in a cooling of the market. Plus there is a trend towards Bungalows (super rich) or towards larger Condos / Stacked towns (Middle Class) | ||

The Real estate has slowed down in Canada 1 year back,it should have sold easily for over a million New homes of similar size will cost atleast 30% more | ||

Must be a very old house and hence 788K is inexpensive... Go a few KMs north or South of this location and the same property would be an additional 100K more expensive. | ||
