I've cut down rice considerably but not fully. Lunch is replaced with Oats+Fruits. Breakfast is all grain sandwich(peanut butter+honey, citrus, ginger mix from Costco), dinner is some brown rice . :-) |

After VRK diet, nenu rice chala months tinaledu like 4 months, last 2 months ga 1 day/week on weekend day, eppudu daily Curries lo rice 1-2 spoons tintunna. day ki 3 or 4 spoons weekend biryani mathram lagisthunna, with cokes. and 2-3 times in a week coffee ala nadusthundi e madhya VRK vachi Rice dependency ni break cheyeinchadu. So many telugus now are avoiding rice
