I had a long discussion with an Indian guy who is married few years back... He is in early 30s....our discussion is around a social phenomena called marriage....especially in India I’m astonished by the way discussion turned out..... I showed him Warangal video.....he supported father there saying even he will not allow her daughter to marry a SC or ST ....I said wtf....this is 2018....don’t a girl have right to choose her partner?? What are these social barriers?? Then we discussed about marriage...I said I don’t have a good opinion on that institution.... He showed me his pics of cuddling with his daughter....especially the pic where he is cuddling his daughter by hanging her on top of legs....he flattered himself showing that pics and this is how a good family looks like and njoy with daughter.... But I had a different opinion...I said some of them appeared like a child abuse and I don’t have any feelings by seeing those pics...he is particularly taken back by those comments... Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. |
