Google will never allow two separate accounts with the same name. In your example, mylast.name and mylastname are the same as far as Google is concerned because it ignore all periods. Google dosnt allow multiple emails to be created irrespective of dots So if johnsmith@gmail exists, it wont let john.smith@gmail or any other variation to be created. I think this user may have given wrong email somewhere | ||
