Question begets - why? if its of academic importance to understand your body, definitely worth it.

I detest weight training, so i find this better. but I know alot of folks prefer regular weight training.

I am working out to become as close to perfection
It's life long process and I would continue doing this forever

Now I am more in to following exercise
Proper sledge, Squats bench press and dead lift

I do running push-ups and pull ups

These are very primary ones that I would continue do my rest of life

Note weights may vary depends upon state of my mind and body

hand stand raadu inka cheppali ante I never tried it ...

it is called explosion aa power raavali ante connective tissue ki oka 4 to 5 years paduthundi..hard floor meeda chesthe alavaatu leni vaadu its script to disaster as one age..intially spongy mats meeda cheyyali..aa mean time injury avvakunda vundaali..unlike muscle tissue connective tissue takes looooong time to heal..( 6months or so)

another thing is apart from push from hands to raise that high we have to use our hips also .. especially in that triple clap pushup and 360 pushup

40+ ante depends upon person bone density abba and joint strength and determination too..

decent ante expectations enti chepthe daani batti cheppochu..

unlike regular lifting in gym progress in calisthenics is rather slow.. ante u can see a bump in bench press..week after week..but it takes atleast 3 months to do 15 pushups in best form...(assuming he cant even do 1)

and about me I am not a serious calisthenics guy I can do couple of muscleups..and various kinds of pushups and pistol squats too..
