my diet (most of the week - 1 or 2 days kummi avatala eyadaniki reserve)

- Morning
1. apple cider vinegar with hot water, followed by green tea and lemon
2. smoothie (carrots, beets, apple, orange, berries, baby kale etc) OR 2 eggs scrambled

- Lunch
1. Chicken or mostly goat or fish curry - no rice, no chapati - only curry
2. Berries and nuts

- Late Afternoon
1. Fruits, nuts

- Dinner
1. Curry with no rice / chapati
2. 3 pegs of vodka (ide worst - cut from today due to entering of the dragons (i.e. family)

june 18th of this year - i weighed 172 lbs....carbs 95% tagginchi, everyday at least 30-60 mins exercise, apple cider vinegar, kumbhal kumbhal green tea and lemon with hot water

last 2 weeks ninchi weights training ivanni mix chesi - kannu vandu zoom panni oru shot talaiva - 155 lbs stable from 1 week...

this is called diet..idly sambar, pappannam, coffee, biscuits, masala dosalu - idi lack of diet

Just got metabolic panel and lipid panel results

Glucose - down
Cholestrol - down
Tryglicerods - down

Clear improvement in breathing and heart response while doing cardio.

3 weeks 12 lb so far.


Thanks to Veeru vuncl, Sasibob for inspiration. And my wife for making me keto recipes.

I am not following that 4 pillars coconut oil etc. Just eating keto friendly foods and mijimized carbs to 25 gm a day. Butter, heavy cream,paneer, cheeses kummutunaa.
