there are thousands in this boat. once kid moved onto F1, he is no different than any other kid coming from India on F1 visa. He is on his own... unless... if father gets his final action date current and the kid is still under 21... in which case, dad can add kid to his 485 irrespective of kid's visa status. Jai Andhra!! I know one of my prev colleague who is on h1 and his son going to college, on F1. Colleague and son both are indian chittizens, his son is 3 rd college. What will be his work permit once graduated?? So both baap and beta on h1?? Is it record break if happens?
