1-2 months fat diet chesthey you will realize how much of sugars we are pumping in body all this while.

and your outlook towards food and diet changes drastically with Fat diet/ketosis and afterwards, you begin to realize you dont need that crazy amounts of Sugars and cravings every day.

Best thing to happen to me after breaking Nicotine addiction and now breaking Sugars Addiction.

Weekend is full liberal- biryani specials day on Sunday and sweets and eat out in fav restraunt on Saturday.

Weekdays is very healthy diet followed by liberal eating in weekends.

Even on weekends oka mudda ekkuva tinalli antey eppudu avasaram e mudda potta lo veyyatam aney feeling vasthundi
