August 1st nunchi RERA is effective in Telangana.. so if you are buying from someone in T Region..please make sure their venture is RERA certified.. any new venture that goes for sale after August 1st, should be registered with RERA and they will give a number etc.. temporarily there might be some slow down in RE because of this..IMO but in the long run buyers ke good ee RERA rules | ||

I gave POA from here only Desam nunchi Stamp paper meedha type cheyinchi pamper. I signed in US infront of notary and sent them back U can give GPA to ur Dad (blanket POA which he can do anything related to ur poperties) or specific to sell or buy a particular ones No Signature | ||

what is the cost? If it is more than 50 Lakhs , you need to do TDS. You can bend rules if some one is willing to split into two registrations (if the value is around 1 Cr. You can send a GPA and it needs to be validated at registration office. (It will cost 1% of the value if the GPA holder is not parent or sibling) You can apply for PAN as NRI\Foreign citizen and it takes around 3-4 weeks and then you can use that for registration in case you want to do TDS | ||
