Also, each ammendment should have its own lca kada ? As old h1's lca was for 3 years, can they use the same lca for filing this new amendment ? I think once you control the man inside of you, the one across from you doesn't really matter. | ||

AFAIK, H1 Amendment holds same equal status as H1 Extension. Ante, say, H1 Extension approved until Aug 2019. Then Client location changed, so H1 Amendment filed for new client, new location. Based on contract, new H1 Amendment approval is until Aug 2018. Then, 2018 is new end-date on H1 itself. There is no such a thing as going back to old client, old location, before filing Amendment status, and your Extension end-date is date of validity for H1, alaa yemi vundadu. Amendment Approval ki end-date is done is done. Amendments ki denials vundav, but rest all rules of H1 will apply same. Amendment meaning ye adi kada. Aug 2019 daaka vunna H1, ippudu Aug 2018 daaka ne chaalu ani kotta client cheppaadu, so we are agreeing to lose time on H1. Aug 2018 ki eligible for H1 extension urgently. "Chill Bro. You can check this with attorney but after Aug 11th he could go back to original client location(location before amendment was filed) and work there...but cannot continue with current location without approval beyond Aug 11...ivanni evadu choosthaadle,pay chesedhi desi gaadu kadhaa anukuntey its fine...if he gets questioned on proofs in the next rfe, then he will be in soup... | ||

Friend situation.. a) 2 yrs back H1 approved until ext year 2019...3 months ago client changed...so ammendment filed....client letter lo unnatu ammendment given until august 11, 2018.. so if his contract extends, does he need to file another amendment or h1b extension ? b) current client contract until aug 31,2018...employer saying lets wait until august end...if you have to find new job, lets file amendment after that and not now..if you file now at august 11 and if you have to change job, then it will be a mess antunnad employer.. so listen what employer says and dont file ammendment until new client ? or file ammendment even though for few days just be safe ?
