రాజమండ్రి: రాష్ట్రంలో ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ బతికే ఉందా అని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రశ్నించారు. తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లా కత్తిపూడిలో ప్రజా సంకల్ప యాత్ర కొనసాగుతోంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించిన భారీ బహిరంగ సభలో ఆయన రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వంపై మండిపడ్డారు. ఒక్క ఫోన్ చేస్తే ఉచితంగా సేవలు అందించాల్సిన 108 ఇప్పుడసలు పని చేస్తుందా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. రేషన్ షాపుల్లో బియ్యం తప్ప ఏది ఇవ్వడంలేదని మండిపడ్డారు. ఇంతకుముందు రేషన్ షాపుల్లో బియ్యం, కందిపప్పు, పామాయిల్, చక్కెర, గోధుమపిండితోపాటు పసుపు, ఉప్పు, చింతపండు, కిరోసిన్ కూడా ఇచ్చేవారని గుర్తు చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ బియ్యాన్ని కూడా వెలిముద్రలు లేవని చెప్పి కత్తిరిస్తున్నారని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో అవినీతి పెరిగిపోయిందని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. ఇల్లు, మరుగుదొడ్లు, రేషన్ ఏది కావాలన్నా లంచం ఇవ్వాల్సిందేనని విమర్శించారు. లంచం లేనిదే ఏ పని జరగని పరిస్థితి నెలకొందని జగన్ ధ్వజమెత్తారు. గ్రామాల్లో జన్మభూమి కమిటీల మాఫియా తప్ప మరొకటి కన్పించడంలేదని జగన్ మండిపడ్డారు.
