This is a paradox I saw in almost all people in DB and outside..... I think no matter where a Muslim is he is obedient to Mecca, not to the country he lives, to a country which fed and raised him... no matter what.... western values are ditched and played whenever needed...i have witnessed it in firsthand.... 1)afghan, paki, Iraqi refugees or immigrants ...all of them gel well with me as I am indian....after a while I begin to realize, they give a damn about the country they live...and dont respect people who live there... 2)we Indians also show a similar attitude to some extent though not as rash as them....hmm 3)db discussions also show people are clinging to previous identity than assimilation in the country thy live.... why?? man in love. |
