All capitals are so many XX,XXX acres lo unnayi.. so amravathi should be xx,xxx acres or x,xx,xxx acres undali. 1) You start building Amaravathi in few hundred acres. or less. 2) People with farm lands around Amaravathi will control the fate of their land as industrialists approach to buy land to build. 3) As city develops automatically it will expand. 4) But no.... TDP is pooling 1000s of acres of land ahead of time. Why? a) Most AAA certified builders, industrialists are Kamma Reddy's. b) all land owners are BCs, Muslims SC/STs. c) K's and R's will pay todays government price to buy the land. Very cheap. d) 4 acres unna raithu ki now he will only get 1 acre of land to sell. loss. e) Now that Farmer who was living in a Village economy gets small piece of land in a city economy.. but he didnt get full price for his 4 acres.. just 1 acre. example: Say you have a house in Texas.... you bought it for 350K. Now some one is forcefully saying.. hey you will get 700K and you SHOULD buy a house in San francisco. "Hey you got 2x profit on a texas house which will never happen".. lol.
