Every one needs a piece of land however dmall it is. Clearing slums without showing alternative employment and housing is the problem. For example in a slum you can find idly selling for 2rs. But if you have to buy idli near non slum it will cost 20rs atleast. But is government giving these guys 10 times more earning job? Nope. Just completed watching kaala....i have few doubts.... I too had the opinion about slums...why not relocate by giving them land with houses elsewhere, or similar to indiramma houses which are flats built in the core of the city can be given and slums can be vacated.... but still why they are persisting?? ...................................... tamil movies ideologies shankar movies like oke okkadu, Sivaji etc. say slums can be removed by the method I said above, while ranjith say na...we dont accept it.... we tamils aginst neat.... this is the pic in kaala end titles.... what is he trying to convey?? http://oi68.tinypic.com/2uj592v.jpg ............................................................ while movie review.... it's too much-polarised that's why it didn't do well at box office... i would give it 2.5/5 man in love. |
