if someone gives you 2 technical reports of 3000 pages each... and asks to study them make correlations, interdependencies, make detailed observations......and make a summary policy report, not more than 25 pages..... the offer is 10k...timeline is 30 days.... its highly challenging which may require studying other study materials learning new softwares , traveling 10,000 km in 2 days(of course flight charges will be given). the resultant document may be used for a discussion in congress/senate. would you do it?? man in love. |
