this is NOT allowed in VRK diet.

I think you just had a good metabolism at that tender age and your disciplined diet along with workout worked for you.

Those are college days...whatever I do nothing happened...afternoon sometimes instead of chicken I drank juice......I maintained it for 3 years then I met with an accident.....a small one ....ligament tear everything is set right in 3 days...but unable to do yoga and follow diet again....

Now my weight is 94 kg

It is between 2010-2011...

My weight i is around 102 kg....I felt ashamed of being so obese.....

From November I followed a diet which involved this.

Morning 500 ml of milk.

Afternoon 250 -300 grams of chicken curry...and 50 grams of rice.

Evening: buttermilk/ lassi without sugar.

And yoga involving suryanamasara, sarvanga, paschimottanasan...this too between 10-14 minutes.(done this everyday)

Result: 67 kg weight by march I.e 4-5 months.

Now people are saying it’s similar to VRK diet...I followed it unknowingly...
