it is priced that way because of a reason. as someone send in this thed, if you want to use it for godowns or industrial related stuff it is ok. but not for hold and sell it later. | ||

Not sure if it is industrial land. Be Careful with industrial lands. We just finished 4 yrs legal battle with TSIIC.
