This is the usual process of getting work...(when I worked atleast) 1)proposal must be sent to government with rough estimates ( it takes 1 to 2 weeks) 2)the government gives ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION ( it takes atleast month as government studies feasibility of project and cost benefit analysis is done) 3) now the department will prepare a detailed estimate (unlike rough estimate it contains detailed mention like what should done and how much material is consumed and how much earth work should be done etc etc) it takes atleast 1 to 2 months 4)calling for tenders based on detailed estimate ( now the minimum time is 3 months from the call of thender to deadline, as company has to study the project and must make a decision for itself, there used to be a 45 day tender but don’t know whether it still exists as few years back supreme. Court gave direction on minimum time required) 5) after the bidder gets the contract he must sign the agreement which is called WORKORDER ...contractor has 45 days time after succeeding in tender for this) 6) start if works can be given another 30 days time or the handover of place by government whichever is later... So look at the process.... If we call for tender again step 1 and 2 can be skipped....but must start from step3 as the prices must have increased and must start with REVISED ESTIMATE... According to your argument no indian for that matter no south Asian country can do business in Europe or USA.... What if governments there give the same argument by citing our countries as example and saying in those countries the companies are doing worst....so despite qualifying we will not give work to those companies..... On the same note if US government citing visa fraud by Telugu guys as example and saying we all have doubts on Telugu guys so we will go through additional line of scrutiny for Telugu guys while issuing visa???? Where will it end if we start arguing that way??? man in love. | ||

Lol ...why do you call tenders then???? Polavaram is given to trans Troy on the basis of tender else many reputed domestic and foreign companies are ready for project.... Just give to someone you like on nomination basis....like YSR.... YSR gave in this basis atleast he openly said it.... Ok now it’s delayed by more than an year who is/ takes responsible CBN??? Tenders called last year.....AAI got it in January.....now delay of 6 months again calling tender again process is 6 months what if AAI again gets it will you cancel the tender again??? Yuk... man in love. | ||

So what’s wrong give works to AAI....it’s highes bidder and giving more to state government.... Think there’s no ambiguity in this it must be given to AAI else it must go to Supreme Court..... Highest bidder ki ivvakunda if they are escaping then there’s something fishy.. man in love. | ||
