As a owner of one home in the community u cannot decide whether to have a HOA or not kada... andharu owners accept cheyyale, board of directors cheyyale and property management company cheyyale... HOA is not just snow and treash kada... It covers pool, tennis courts, basket ball courts, water fountain, maintenance of common areas which city doesnt clean or maintain...// no it is not just me. for the whole community. there will be voting among our community and we need to decide whether to keep HOA or remove it. no pool, no tennis courts, no basket ball courts. Especially single family owners. Do we really need HOA? If city/town says you can remove HOA if you want to, what do you guys suggest. I don't like somebody telling what to do what not to do? we already have federal, state, county, city/town levels administration, why do we need another level of shadow govt. what do you guys suggest?
