No the commentary is in Dutch.... It goes this way... First they commented on Columbias roots or ethnicity..... Then a commentator said there are so many Colombians in stadium... Other one said I wonder how they afford to buy a ticket for footbal match.... Next the commentator said may be Escobar has hid his cocaine money of world under the ground..so they are able to afford it....
