General rule of thumb: If you are already in a status and want to extend or renew in the same status, (in same class too), then you can go to an embassy which may not be your home country embassy . But if there is any single change(class of visa/any delay/expiration/any other issues), better go to the home country. These wont be done at other embassies. | ||
