You can assume Electricity and LPG are available to 100 % of indians .. it doesnt mean anything Still over 400 million people cannnot afford them. These things are good to make up modis fake resume . If Modi’s.claim is considered at face value, does it mean all state govts did a wonderful job in achieving this goal?
