madanapalli ki blore is throw away, kadapa ki blore airport is 4 hours now a days yes 3000-4000 spend cheyyali, but adi commercially viable route aithe airlines will fly there, if govt is spending they better spend in capital first | ||

One of the issue faced by passengers are extra charges of 3000-4000 from chennai & bangalore airports to their natives.... If there are good number of passengers travelling to Dubai from Madanapalli, Piler, Kadapa district, why not use Tirupati? Its only a 2:30 hr journey | ||

No need to fly from Tirupati, people from tirupati can either fly from Chennai, or even Vja is about 5-6 hours drive Amaravathi is capital so its important to have it there, but to where is the question | ||

If you think, such a decision to spend 29 cr/year is justified....then where is such initiative for Tirupati & Vizag airports from the CBN?? For example, If you take Tirupati Airport, its made international in 2009 itself (at the time of congress, with Estimated time of completing new terminal in 2016) & the sole aim of making it International is to connect it with Dubai..as there are large number of migrated labours from areas of Kadapa, Madanapalli, Piler, Kurnool, etc. These people had a serious concern, they use Bangalore & Chennai airports to come to their natives & taxis use to charge 3000-4000 extra for to&fro in the name of state RTO charges, bribes etc. Since, these people are low wage workers & only come to natives at time of emergencies & once in 3-4 years. (Just check their lives in youtube, there are no.of videos showing them 6-7 people living in small bunks). In case of Tirupati, there is a serious concern of people welfare, apart from demand. So, in such a situation where is proactiveness of government as shown in case of Amaravati... I never heard of any TDP MP asking to start Dubai flight from Tirupati in these 4 years, its always the mithun reddy & Varaprasad rao (MP of Tirupati) who were continously giving petitions to the government. Are incidents like these not enough to say, CBN is only concerned about Amaravati & Vijayawada, & he doesnt care about people of in my case Chittoor & RS Districts. Are these kind of incidents not enough to make us feel discriminated?? |
