LoL... there is no need to downgrade. EB (or as a matter of fact, any Immigration petition) is not a singleton entity. You can have n number of Immi petitions approved at the same time, but one of them can be used for your AOS. So, if you are already on one EB class(say EB3), you have upgraded(in your words, but there is nothing called Upgrade, downgrade etc in the Immi books) to another EB class(say EB2), this doesnt go and sit on the EB3 approval, both lives in parallel(as long as both the jobs are existing and you are still eligible). | ||
